Stop playing Vagrant Hearts because of a frustrating Bug

Soooo... After Beatrice exited the monastery, let's skip to Scarllet's party. She is told to meet Patriarch Zucca and Sarvius in the cave. Zucca says that someone in Brotherhood is trying to resurrect Valmor, but he doesn't know who it is. He's convinced that the Brotherhood as a whole doesn't want Valmor resurrected. It was a pain sealing Valmor last time. Long story short, there is no more shrine nearby, they've got to go to East and North Isles. Zucca tells her to head to ClearWater Village, Uhra will join their party once again.

Outside, Sarvius tells them that there is a problem with that plan (he doesn't want to tell it in front of Zucca): they don't have a boat. Scarllet says that there's a pirate cave near Ganto. They can steal a boat there. Wyatt is reluctant of going that. Telma in the end says "???" Apparently it's a bug. Because when I go to Blackrock Road and go to Ganto Village, Telma always says that there is no need to go there because the Thunderhorn Fort is in the West. Problem is, I've got to go East to Ganto and then to the southern tip of the isle to reach Redshark's Den.

Well, I've tried going to Thunderhorn Fort, Kuruma Port, and always running circles in that god*&*&^ Blackrock Road. I've tried going back from just before Beatrice exited the monastery, but it doesn't work!!!

In the  end I give up. F^*&*# this game!! No wonder lots of people are frustrated. Stupid bug! Stupid game! GAAHHHH!!!!

*Sigh*

I'm not sure if re-download it again will be helpful. Beside I will lose my saves and have to start over. I don't want to do that. And thus... I will give up.

There won't be anymore walkthrough for this game. This sucks.

Vagrant Heart's Walkthrough 04_The Monastery

Back to Beatrice. Her group has arrived in Imperial City. Elijah tells them that he'll speak to the Queen first, so they should head to the inn. He tells Beatrice that the queen is a gentle woman and that she shouldn't be worried.

Explore the city to get some items. Don't forget to buy and equip weapons and armors. You can either take off the armors later for Scarllet's group to make it cheaper or just buy some for them. Head to the inn.

Screen time for the meeting between Elijah and Queen Lavigne. Turns out that the queen is not-so-gentle, but scheming. And there seems to be a hidden dept to Elijah aside from an old man who wants power and willing to use people like tools to achieve his ambition.

This is why I want you to equip the weapons and armors before heading to the inn, because you automatically fighting a wyvern. The dragon roars and causing the party to come outside the inn, finding it attacking the city. It's blue in colour and has Ice Beam spell, affecting all party members.

Tips:
poison the wyvern, it will make the fight goes much easier. So far when I tried to mute her it always misses.

You got AGI seed for defeating wyvern. Unfortunately the wyvern escapes. The queen comes out and talks to Beatrice.

You can later investigate the Palace to get some items. Elijah tells them to go to Brotherhood's Headquarters, located south of Imperial City.

In the HQ the group disperses. Remember Aurora? Turns out that Lady Aurora used to be under Razima's protection, but since she becomes Brotherhood's Guide and seldom goes outside she no longer needs it.

Check the HQ for items while Elijah is talking to Aurora. And make sure you speak to all three members of your party, because you can't go on without doing that.

Jansen complained about the difficulties being known as Valmor's son. About how people are suspicious of him because of his lineage even though he was still a kid when the war happened.

Sylph was once a member of Radicals, along with Zemaris, the one who attacked Gilliate. How Elijah saved her life and for that she was grateful and fully devoted to him.

Go to bed and after that you can talk to Elijah and meets Aurora. Elijah tells her that she must've noticed how White Corps (I found out the name of that group at last) and Radicals seem to dislike Brotherhood. He tells her that many people are suspicious of Brotherhood after the war and slow to trust it again. He tells Beatrice that she will be able to recover the declining trust of the people to the Brotherhood.

And then he tells her that a Necromancer named Vasla, Brotherhood's old enemy in the Divine War, is running experiment not too far from HQ. He asks Beatrice to head to Mazlu's Abandoned Monastery, southeast of HQ and finds out what truly happens there.

Fiends:
1. Skeleton Warrior, stronger than Phantom, but has no spell. Poisonable. Got Elfin Bread
2. Phantom, has Intimidating Eyes spell causing mute status. Got Ancient Fruit

It's really hard to avoid fighting the fiends, even if they're halfway across the room they can easily find you. It sucks, not having the option to avoid them.

There's a Rajak's Fragment in the room north of the foyer. You can find Pastor Sigil (INT 4, DEX 2) in the next room and last room to the right of the foyer.

In the last room in the right, there is a boss called Over Ruler. His spell is Crushing Blow. I forgot if it affected one enemy or all. Anyway I fought him when my level is 12 (Sheesh Vagrant Hearts is really stingy when it comes to exp and money... and items). Equip Royal Crest to Beatrice and Jansen, not only their attack is weaker, they have the highest MP). I got 270 exp and 50 tez, plus Heaven Axe (ATK 56 and strong against undead). Equip the axe, now Razima can kill skeleton warrior (and Phantom) in one hit.

You can find a statue in northeast of the dining room. When you touch it, you get the clue about how creepy the statue is.

Actually I've only noticed about the statue after I arrived to the last room with double door in north of foyer. I was stuck, fighting the fiends all over again, and there's still no Vasla anywhere.  Frustrated, I checked the internet. It said thing about empty crate and that you've got to pick the statue in the dining room.

...What empty crate? I've gone back and forth, back and forth, fighting those friggin' skeletons and phantoms, and I still don't understand. It's really frustrating. I understand why some people got fed up with it and uninstalled the game.

Eventually I understand. In the last room in the north there is also a crate with a statue on top of it. Even if you click on the statue, you've got nothing. But there is an empty crate near it, on the left of the crate+statue, that has got no statue on top of it. If you touch it you'll get the clue that there's a statue missing.

Go back to the dining room, touch the statue there, and now you can pick it up. Go back to the last room in the north... fighting every single fiend out there. Put the statue on the empty crate and... VOILA! Nothing happened!

Whuh?

Oh. Go back to the previous room, go to the left. Inside that room, the hidden stairs are now revealed. Go down the stairs, find Vasla and fight her. Right now my party level is around 16.

Tips:
Use poison and mute status spell. She can use Shockwave (paralyze/one enemy) and Acid Rain Spell (all enemy). If you're lucky you'll be able to not miss muting her.

Defeating her will get you 300 EXP, 60 tez, and lightning crest (Shockwave). Vasla says that she's already gotten what she wants from Mazlu (or from Mazlu's hidden library, I guess) and then she disappears using flash trick, causing Razima to comment how he hates flash tricks like that (remember how Telma used it twice before to run away?). They need to go back to Elijah to report what they found.

Go back to the foyer room while fighting against the horde of fiends... again. Before you go outside, make sure to unequip equipments and crests that will be needed by Scarllet's Party.

Now the scene will change back to Scarllet in Ful'qa Tribe after you exit the monastery.

Vagrant Heart's Walkthrough 03

News about Beatrice spreads around Azulel, and she's heralded as 'The Healer'. What I'd like to know is why do they seem to revere someone who can heal so much? I mean, there are crests that allow them to have healing spell, too. Anyway, she's being invited by Queen Lavigne for her part in rescuing the people of Galliete. Dovan or Davon, whoever his name is, talks to the queen. Back to Beatrice, Razima tells her that they're going to the Imperial City.

Weeks have gone by and Sarvius and other members of White ??? are busy repairing their Fort. Apparently Elijah didn't destroy them because Brotherhood will be labeled evil by people if he did it. There are still many things to be done. Sarvius meets up with Scarllet and tells her that Ful'qa tribe, the oldest tribe in Azulel who is known to seldom interact with outsiders, contacted him and summoned for his presence. As Sarvius couldn't leave the Fort because he's overseeing the whole thing, he asks Scarllet to go there in his place.

Because if Ful'qa summons someone, then surely it must be something important.Scarllet agrees. She's told that a member of Ful'qa will be waiting in the Ful'qa tribe area. They must speak to the patriarch of the tribe.

You need to go north west of Ruins of Gilliate.

Scarllet, accompanied by Telma and Wyatt arrive there, and meet Uhra, the Ful'qa's protector. Uhra joins the group. Turns out that Uhra is a woman (although Telma commented sarcastically that Sarvius said a 'he' and not a 'she').

For being the oldest tribe, most of them speak like retarded people, children or house elves. You can buy better weapons and scrolls here. There are heal scroll, imbecile scroll, dispel scroll.... Imbecile scroll, is that perhaps the reason why they all sound like imbeciles? There are also item store there, but not much difference.

Money is pretty tight and so is experience in this game. So far Scarllet is lv 10. Beatrice is much less, because when she fight the Marauders, even though you go outside the Ruins and then enter it again, the fiends (the Marauders) are gone... well, not exactly gone, more like laying on the ground rolling around in pain or like zombies.

Tips:
you can either buy two more armors (forget the name) for Beatrice's group part later or just take out Scarllet's and Uhra's armors, if you choose not to use more money than needed. There won't be that armor sold in the Imperial city to equip Razima and Sylph.

They meet the Patriarch, a man named Zucca who can speak normally. Apparently he was an outsider, but as he was chosen by the spirits what could he do?

He tells them that 20 years ago there is this Divine War in Azulel, and Ful'qa fought against the Brotherhood. Wyatt commented that he didn't know that Brotherhood is involved in htat war, but turns out that it isn't a general knowledge and kept secret. Valmor who's said to be their guide (whose guide? The Ful'qa's tribe's Guide?) and the instigator of the War planned to start it up again...but there's a problem. Valmor is supposed to be dead!

Apparently they can only seal him away into four parts in four vessels, each sent into different shrines. Someone is trying to revive Valmor. Telma wonders if Jansen (yeah, that Jansen), Valmor's son, is responsible for it. They need to secure the vessels before those who plots can do so and revive Valmor again. There is a shrine in the north west of Ful'qa tribe.

Notes: So far I've found seven Rojak's fragments. One is outside of Patriarch Cave.

In the shrine, you have to fight 4 fiends. There is a crystal that if you touch it will refresh your HP and MP. I've noticed that the Inn doesn't seem to have a big part in the game, as they can sleep in the inn for free or in the Fort/HQ according to the storyline. Grinding is pretty annoying in this game.

For some unknown reason, perhaps a bug, Scarllet got Judgment spell (mana cost 0) to deliver devastating attack, one hit KO attack. You can use that spell to defeat the Guardians just by using it once. The Yellow Guardian has a Paralyzing Claw attack that can poison you. Got the Royal Crest, it's a useful one, able to heal the party a little bit with mana cost 8. Defeating the Green Guardian will give you a dispel scroll. The third one, Blue Guardian, can be muted and poisoned, I got Wizard Crest from it. Last is Red Guardian (you can fight whichever guardian you want whenever you want). When I tried to mute, poison or confuse it, the spells miss. I don't know if it its status can't be affected, or perhaps it's just a coincidence, but I don't have much patience to find out, so I just use Judgement. Defeat the four fiends and a path, a portal, appears.

Tips:
If you plan to minimize the money to buy armors, you have to take off Scarllet's and Uhra's armors now.

Go inside the portal. You'll get the first vessel.
